You are jumping to conclusions.

You must have seen ARU has taken many steps indicating they will develop FDN.  That is not to say they will, but rather shows a different strategy to reach the same conclusion, that is sell to the highest bidder.  IMO Patrick has a game plan & Keith has different ideas.  As Buck pointed out it's no big deal to sit on a number of boards.   If there is a pot at the end of this rainbow then Keith, if anyone, can see it.  He has unlimited credit with his assets.  IMO the most likely possibility is a difference of opinion with Patrick on some issue.
