I think they would need to disclose it. if it isnt worthy of disclosure than I dont think one could put any weight behind it.

I'm sure there has been lots of "we will be ready to come to the table when the govt agreement is in place" kind of talk, but not an offer, verbal or written. That would need to be disclosed as I understand it.

Regardless, its a very positive article and I'm delighted as I'm sure everyone is that we may see some light at the end of the tunnel in 2008!
