There is a simple answer-just play by the rules. You know what they are & you are stuck with them. Using today as an example all that's required is to put your bid in at $8.72 just before the close for 3400 shs. & the close would have been $8.72. There were no complaints yesterday when MOC orders were buys. Continually whining about a procedure does not contribute anything to this board. Get over it!! Suggest you form a group to have the rule changed but please do it on the OFF TOPIC FORUM.
