in the aurelian press release it says:

Aurelian Resources Inc. (TSX:ARU) understands that a mandate on mining in Ecuador will be presented to the constituent assembly in Ecuador tomorrow for debate and vote

I like how it states We understand

Basically, they dont know, and their not sure, but we understand, sort of like, we heard a rumor but we dont know that much about our business.

Maybe they should provide SOTO's phone number at the bottom of the release for clarification
