This mumble jumble by Correa could mean anything. I am surprised so many of us tried to figure out what it means. It is one of those classic political cliches that could be interpreted anyway you want to. My translation is - "we really don't know what we are doing but we'll make it up as we go".
I've stopped listening to what this regime says, their words have no credibility. I'lll let their actions speak the truth.
