This update from Otto is interesting for what it doesn´t say - it only talks about the fallow concessions implying that the whole kerfuffle only applies to them. This is what I´ve half-believed from the start. A deliberately somewhat ambiguously written statement to trash the SPs for nefarious gain. Can only imagine the mining companies know what the game is, but are treading carefully.
