At this time we are seeking clarity from the Ecuador Government on this as well as a number of other areas of contention that may impact Dynasty Metals and Mining.

The specifics around many of these areas, including the definition of a ?concession? as held within the decree, are still unclear and we are actively engaged in discussions with the government in this regard.
