I know i've posted this before, but when i asked Patrick Anderson last year in Calgary about a company that hasn't signed a CA (Barrick) owning 10% of shares, his statement was that Barrick could own close to 20% before it became broad public knowledge. He said that a company once over the 10% could surreptitiously bury a news release about it. So i'm guessing Barrick could own close to 20% by now..
