I haven't heard the words windfall tax used by government in months. Soto perhaps. But not government. If this is instead of WFT I'm all for it. Remember, not all mining companies or explorers associate with the locals like Aurelian does. Take Ascendant for example. And now they are toast. Not all explorers or miners have the common sense to treat locals with respect like Aurelian has. I think we are being used as a cookie cutter. Of course if you want to read the worst case scenario in to it, that's always a possibility too. But I am liking it. It invests the locals in it, it improves their standard of living, and it removes their objections to mining, because they are seeing the tangible benefits.
