And not that this is the time to be screaming about it...

But when we came up with the idea of club 300

now club 75 since we split 4 for 1

was that we sell off FDN and spin off the balance of 38 concessions

(now in question)

as Patrick stated, we would be in the middle of a mining district, 15+ years of exploration ahead of us

and according to Dr Sillitoe and others the probablility if finding another FDN was fairly high given the pull apart basin structure

In the event we sold FDN plus 1 or 2 other similar sized finds

we thought the total money from those sales could total $75

We may have had a set back, but the original thought process has not changed, nor has our overall opportunity for future growth

I apologize to all because this isn't the time to be overly optimistic

just trying to answer the question and be honest
