When first reading this I was peeved, then I began to realize that this may just be part of the game:

Cut all un-necessary costs, reduce overhead and wait.

The indigenous folks who no longer get paid begin to complain, the company is just being respectful of the laws and can point to the mandate; we still( fingers crossed) have FDN....so we sit and wait.

Sadly I think we will take a big hit as folks get skittish once again and dump. I fully expect we will visit the $4 mark again.
