As I posted earlier..."I think Correa is just trying to get everyone to the same starting line of this race"

Now with ARU leading the way, the other companies will fall in line and comply with the Mandate. I believe this will be what Correa will need in order to look strong in front of his people.

Once Correa gets everyone in compliance....and it looks like he and his government is in control....the process will really get going at a much faster pace....the end of May sure doesn't sound like its that far off....if it does then you haven't been part of the Crew for very Long!
