I just had a good conversation with another prominent IR person. I don't want to cause any issues by saying who but the bottom line was that the government is very impressed with their site and they have not been asked at all to stop work on their site. They along with all the other main companies are talking with the government and each other regularly. The concession issue is still being discussed as well and the "3" concession issue is not a done deal. They are still looking for clarity like everyone else.
