Correa warned that countries in the region neglected autonomy of Santa Cruz
The president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, warned on Saturday that several countries in the region neglected a probable autonomy of the Bolivian department of Santa Cruz, and complained that \ "separatist attempt \" is being supported by Ecuadorian and Venezuelan elites.
