...not a challenge - just a question......on what basis or set of facts or winds of knowledge are you thinking remotely of "someone" making a hostile bid in the fact of the current environment? Is this just pondering out loud? I can't really buy in to this kind of thinking....least not of all placing a "10 days or so" framework on it.
