I think people need look no farther than the recent dealings with the cellular contract Ecuador vs. American Movil SA....1st quote & chance at a deal, 2nd quote & chance at a deal, then get out! No chance of renegoatiation, no chance of requoting in future years, just get out. The head of this company then meets Correa....and....oh....we've signed a deal....everything is OK.
