Doubts in mining
The mandate miner had a healthy goal: to correct the many abuses in the allocation of certain concessions that were delivered happily and without profit for Ecuador.
On occasion, however, that many miners themselves responsibly comply with their legal duties and tax, besides generating employment, as was recognized by the same assembly and the President of the Republic.

In this context, the reversal of widespread concessions, making fair pay for sinners, is creating uncertainties which paralysed several investment and affect families who derive their livelihood from there. What would have been appropriate to make a list of cheats and punish them with the full weight of law.

The laws in any country seeking to order social relations. In this case the result is the opposite.
