If I came from another planet, was looking for a speculative investment & could be completely objective I don't think I could find a better risk/reward than ARU at just above $4. Most opinions expressed, including my own, have been shaped by a real loss or opportunity cost suffered from political risk. I have decided to be the person described in the 1st sentence & will wait my turn for large % gains from here. Are there better spec. stocks?
