The move today is puzzling, albeit welcome. When I called some of our very active traders mid-morning today they said that people are excited about the potential for a tour by the Ministry of Mines to present the draft mining law to investors in major international cities sometime later in the summer. This tour has not been confirmed yet, at this point the dates are still in flux and final approval has not been granted for the trip. However, people seem to be taking this as a good sign for a reasonable draft. There really is not any major news that I am aware of.
