The conference is not web casting the presentations. They are uploading powerpoint files to the conference website on the CONTACT page but government officials generally don’t use slide shows so there likely won’t be anything to see. FYI, they are running behind so his speech will be about an hour later. We have one attendee at the conference so I should be able to give you a quick summary once his speech is over (so maybe around noon).
