If this is similar to last years, the room normally isn't huge, the directors and management slink around the back in the shadows and a chosen few sit at the head table. Looks like just normal stuff being voted on. Hopefully a little discussion, a little Q & A, and then after it's all done, we mingle or take off. If someone has some cut and paste skills print off an Agoracom logo, blow it up a bit-our eyes aren't what they used to be, pick a vacant spot on the wall, and we can hang out before and after for a little meet and greet.
