Whoa slick! I didn't realize Corriente was running TV ads. That's who this is you know. Check it out: http://www.ecsa.com.ec
There's five ads in there, going back 8 months. Really pulling out all the stops, aren't they? There's even a couple that show the pit filling up with water to form a wonderful new lake for future tourism (do they have water skiing in Ecuador?) but my favorite is the one where the illegal loggers lay down their chain saws and put on shiny new Ecsa hard hats. Talk about emotional heart strings...heh
"El Trato Justo" means "fair play" or "fair deal" BTW. Fair deal for Ecuador of course, but the subliminal message is fair deal for Ecsa. This is really professional stuff. They must have dropped a fair buck. The only thing they missed is the spectacled bears. Maybe I'll write to them and suggest it for their next ad?
Hey Patrick! Where' the hell's OUR TV campaign?
Thanks for digging that up, Laross. That made my day. And thanks for carrying the ball for a while. Rutting around on foreign websites and translating documents ain't exactly my idea of a fun vacation...LOL!
