As we wait and wait and wait for the new Mining Act to be released, I had a question. We were originally suppossed to have a Stability Agreement signed before the end of March (which later got pushed into April and then derailed). Does anyone know if this whole approach is dead, or is it just on hold until the Mining Act gets approved and /or the constitution passes the referendum? Also was this mentioned at all during the AGM last week? I always liked the idea of having our own contract with the Government regardless of what the Mining Act or the Constitution said as a further protection for our rights and as the framework for mining to go ahead at FDN. Obviously, this would also assist in speeding up any buyout.
