While the Assembly is focused on approving the constitutional texts, 12 bills are pending and economic mandates.

Of these, three have a greater chance of being dealt with by the Assembly: agricultural mandate, the public procurement system and reforms ributarias.

That mandate is a matter of urgency, because of measures to tackle the growing rise in food prices. According to the Assemblyman Nelson Lopez, is expected to be conducted on Friday 11 vote, after they are approved 350 items of the new Constitution.

The 10 officers, meanwhile, will analyze the comments this week that the Executive made the public procurement system.

The bill of Public Enterprises is ready, said Paulo Rodriguez of the National Council of Competitiveness. The Competition Act lacks the final revision of the highest authorities.

In 15 days will complete the reform of the Organic Law of Customs, to deliver to the Executive.

Another project that this final phase is related to illicit enrichment. The reforms to the Telecommunications Act is still under discussion.

The financial safety net, after several modifications and analysis, does not reach the Assembly.

Meanwhile, the draft Mining Law and the mandates of the electrical and AGD are still in the hands of the president Rafael Correa.
