July 26- Appointment of Congresillo

July 27-Assembly to have new Constitution finalized

July 27-Assembly dissolves

July 27-late August- Congresillo to pass new Mining Laws

Sept 7-Otto's date for Referendum

Sept 9-Latest date for Referendum (before 45 days)
