Message: MAXIMIZE SHAREHOLDER VALUE

on july2 the share price was $5.75 having rallied on expectation of the details of an acceptable mining law being released to the public, as this event did not occur the share price drifted down to $4.77.On july 16 an account at cormark persistently hit the bids and in selling 303,000 shares takes the share price to $4.25 july 18 close. aru has a conservative value of 3 billion (15mil.ozs X $200=3 bil/145mil shares=$20.68). this 79% discount far exceeds any warranted political risk discount. If pierre lasonde, ian telfore or peter munk was the ceo he would of called the market maker and bought the cormark position rather than allow .002% of the shares to DICTATE a 11% price reduction!!MANAGEMENT'S LACK of ACTION to DEFEND OUR SHARE PRICE was PATHETIC!!!! Now george the geoligist got lucky with the fdn find and was clever in stacking the board with talent that HAS SOLD to a major but george you don't have a clue about bay street so we propose that you have a conferance call with your board and announce before the opening "The board of director's has decided to MAXIMIZE SHAREHOLDER VALUE and will be conducting a two phase auction of the fdn property. phase one consists of receiving bids up to aug.30.08 at which point the top three selected will have a final bidding round taking place after the release of the mining law. aru will have the data room open for prospective buyer's inspection on fri.july 25.08 non-disclosure agreements will be required.

This makes sense if you were going to sell FDN, but why would you do that? This company has the potential to be another Gold Corp. FDN is easy to mine and will start paying its way almost immediately. We're not going to lose our concessions, which have plenty of blue sky, both with gold and copper. This isn't just one mine, it's an entire mining district. Think big, brother. This is another Hemlo we're sittng on. Recognize opportunity when it's staring you in the face.

And forget those Bay St. fux. We'll get our financing straight from the Ecuadorean govt. How about that idea, eh? Pretty crazy, right? Just crazy enough to work.
