Mr. Anderson,
As a long time shareholder, in excess of two years, I am writing to voice my concerns on the recently released news of a buyout by Kinross.
You and the board of directors should be ashamed of your actions in accepting and endorsing this offer.
FDN is worth far more than the paltry offer from Kinross.
I will vote to reject this offer.
