Another sweetener for Kinross from ARU

Just read the PR from ARU, there is a PP for 15 million ARU shares at $4.75 totalling about $71 million independent of this offer.

What it means is that Kinross stands to make a killing if ARU is taken out by a third party. They can run to the bank. More evidence that Kinross is just the ugly guy that Snow White threathens to marry if Prince Charming does not propose immediately.
