All true what you said about the AGM. I wonder if the 15 million shares were to offset the maybe NO vote from Dr Barron. Kind of a sweetener and a neutralizer in the event of a proxy war. I think this 15 million makes Kinross one of the largest shareholders.

All in all, being a Kinross shareholder is not bad as I think they have the greatest upside in the near future. However I feel violated and burned - like many have posted.
