Two things behind this, yes this is a piss poor deal for shareholders on the surface. Either the new mining deal is not as good for shareholders or this is to set the bidding process in motion. IMHO it is the latter, share price will be bid higher. Winning company Newmont.

The only way i'll let my shares willingly out of my hands is a deal for FDN only, for $25 a share and a spin off of the rest of the 95000 hectares into another explorer.

Time for another rum, I like this action better than the last few months. Pay up for what its worth, not a penny less. The majority shareholders will ultimatly decide.
