That the tsx will approve ARU's sale of 15 million shares at $4.75 when they had material knowledge that a bid for $8.20 was in the works ( and they obviously knew because it was all part and parcel

That's were I was going re my question of the required approval of the TSX.

Then again these organizations never appear to do the job they should so I would imagine this will be rubber stamped.

Makes for good fodder for the legal lawsuits that may be forthcoming.
