receiving a lot of emails regarding the offer. i haven't even read it yet as i'm just off a plane from odessa to budapest...of all the bad timing. this will just be the first offer (in my opinion)...don't worry. i'll be interested in seeing /knowing the breakup fee...if its under 50million no problem- above and i'll be a bit concerned. I went through an exercise like this last year with lionore. personally i will sit back and watch it play out.
