If take over happen to realize, who is going to get the 71m$ Kinross paid for the 15M shares? If it goes into Kinross's pocket, so K would have paid nothing for using the 15M shares to drive the SP down and screwing us.

I can't believe majors will let that one pass.

The 15 Million shares are to assure that Kinross will get enough votes tendered for the deal to go through...plain and simple
