Taken off the Reuters site. It doesn't give a "Last Update" so this Data could be somewhat out dated. I was interested in the Biographies of our illustrious Board of Cream Puffs specifically looking for our experienced M&A Member, Keith McKay. Reading George Bee's credentials it reads that he could have readily brought our Mine to Production. Past Senior Mgr at Kinross, fluent in speaking and writing Spanish, and led successful Government and Community Relations Programs in South America. They read so knowledgeable but ... were they still breathing when they signed the Offer Agreement?

George Bee has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Aurelian Resources Inc. effective Aug 1, 2007. Mr. Bee was most recently Director, Technical Projects for Barrick Gold Corporation, where he has held a range of senior operational roles since 1989 when he first started with Barrick Goldstrike Mines Inc. in Nevada. Mr. Bee's 27-year mining career began as a miner in a Cornish tin mine and has culminated in successively more responsible senior operational roles in one of the world's leading mining companies. He has brought along projects from an advanced exploration stage, through feasibility to construction and into production, including two gold mines - Veladero in Argentina and Pierina Mine in Peru. Mr. Bee has built and overseen various operational management teams and managed at existing mines, including Barrick's Goldstrike Mine. While working in South America, he led successful government and community relations programs that were critical to gaining social license. In addition to senior operational roles at Barrick, he was a senior manager at Kinross and Palabora Mining Company in South Africa. Mr. Bee holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining from the Camborne School of Mines. He is comfortable interacting at all levels of spoken and written Spanish. |

Colin K. Benner is Vice Chairman and CEO of Skye Resources Inc. has been appointed to the Board of Aurelian Resources Inc. effective from March 31, 2008. He is a seasoned mining executive, with more than 40 years experience in the international mining industry. He was appointed Vice Chairman and CEO of Skye Resources earlier this month. Previously, Mr. Benner was CEO and Vice Chairman of Lundin Mining Corp., Vice Chairman and CEO of EuroZinc Mining Corp. and President and CEO of Breakwater Resources Ltd. He is a professional mining engineer and a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines. Mr. Benner serves as a director on a number of other mining company boards, including Lundin Mining Corp., Major Drilling Group International, Inc., Sherwood Copper Corp., PBS Coals, Inc. and Gold Hawk Resources Inc. |

Dominic M. DeR. Channer is President of Aurelian Ecuador. He has over 13 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development business, all of these in South America and until recently in Venezuela, where he managed the Guaniamo diamond project. He has wide experience of social, environmental and governmental issues related to project development in South America. Dr. Channer graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Oxford University (1984) and obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in 1994. He has authored numerous research papers and is bilingual in English and Spanish. |

Jon A. Douglas is Senior Vice President and CFO of Northgate Minerals Corporation has been appointed to Aurelian Resources Inc.'s Board of Directors, effective from March 31, 2008. He has 20 years of financial, commercial and management experience in the mining industry. He joined Northgate Minerals in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his career at Northgate, he has overseen the financial transformation of the company from a junior gold mining company to a dual-listed (TSX and AMEX), SOX-404 compliant intermediate gold producer with operating mines in Canada and Australia. Prior to joining Northgate, Mr. Douglas worked for the Noranda Group of companies in the Corporate Development group at Noranda Inc. and on the commercial side of the mining and metals group at Noranda Sales Corporation. Mr. Douglas holds a BASc and an MASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from York University. |

Mr. Hamilton is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute. He has worked for various Canadian financial institutions in the role of Financial Analyst, specifically dealing with the analysis of financial statements and operations of international mining companies. Most recently, Mr. Hamilton was employed by RBC Capital Markets as the Senior Precious Metals Research Analyst. Mr. Hamilton is currently the Chief Executive Officer of African Copper Plc, a London-based interlisted development company that is constructing a copper mine in southern Africa. |

Steve Leary is Exploration Manager of Aurelian Resources Inc. He has 12 years of varied and extensive field experience working on gold/silver and porphyry copper projects in Australia, New Zealand, Slovakia, Romania and South America. He received his First Class Honors Degree in Geology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. While working in Romania at Gabriel Resources Rosia Montana deposit, Steve and his team successfully added over 2.5 million ounces of gold to the resources. Steve joined the Aurelian team in March 2005. |

Keith McKay an experienced finance executive with extensive mining and public company experience, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Aurelian Resources Inc. Mr. McKay a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of financial experience, will join Aurelian by December 3rd, 2007. Mr. McKay brings extensive experience in all aspects of the mining industry, including construction and operations, financing, and M&A transactions. He was most recently Senior Vice President with a world wide, publicly-listed engineering and project management services firm, involved in extractive industry projects. Prior to that he was Controller at Rio Algom Ltd., a Canadian based mining company that produced copper, gold, uranium, molybdenum, and coal in North and South America and operated a metal distribution business in North America. Mr. McKay also served as Vice President Finance for Potash Company of Canada and has worked with the Bank of Montreal and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. McKay holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Western Ontario. |

Mr. Obradovich has a degree in Mining Technology from the Haileybury School of Mines and has supervised a number of mining exploration projects for various junior mining companies as well as contract work for Falconbridge Limited and Teck Corporation. He co-founded Canadian Royalties Inc. and Young-Davidson Mines Ltd., which are both in advanced stages of development. In addition, Mr. Obradovich has served as a member of the Audit Committee of Canadian Royalties Inc. from June 2003 to February 2007. |
