Kinross , like anyone, has the right to make an offer for all the shares for ARU....BUT....they do not have the legal right to collude with ARU management to stack the deck with a 15 Million share PP (gift), when the money was not needed by ARU at this time....This 15million share PP was done solely for the purpose to "stack" the deck to illegally favor Kinross in any acquisition of ARU and to give Kinross the right to tender 15 million shares toward their own acquisition...

I'm sure even the legal beagles at the SEC and OCS can see this...
