yes the legal beagles at the OSC and TSX will see this

but how they react is another question

Be mindful, in Canada, if you look at the track record, you are dealing with an incestous community at BayStreet, the

brothers at the bank-owned mutual funds and investment

dealers. You are not dealing with a regulator as tough as

in Singapore.
