The good thing is FDN is such a hot property we won't have to rely on Anderson and his BOD to solicit more bids. On top of that who would want him doing that on our behalf anyway. The bids would probably go down!! I seriously think he's confused between shareholder value maximization and minimization.

This might be a standard clause too...I'm not sure. I'm trying to dig out the Kinross/Bema agreement but alas the Kinross site is down for some reason. I'll post it when the site comes back up.
