since we have so many restrictions because of this bid....
1) would they be able to say anything against the bid even if they thought it?
2) would they want to spill the beans that Kinross is being used as a pawn for future bids? What would happen to the price of K if that became known?
3) I'm thinking they all have a little cue card in front of them reiterating the official reasons the BOD used when accepting the Kool-aid pact
They're not going to say anything otherwise
The only proof we will have in this calamity..is receiving the ultimate winning bid...one a lot higher than Kinross can afford to match...one reasonable to the shareholders...one higher than any other company wants to match.....one reasonable to shareholders....one that even the Chinese think twice about wanting to beat....a reasonable bid
