Aurelian takeover

Hi,

I am from the other side - Kinross shareholder :) Because I like Aurelian (not because takeover), but never own it, I have following question-

Couple of days I spoke with a person who sold most of his holdings (was not KGC), and bought Aurelian. I asked him - "why buy Aurelian, and not KGC directly, in 3-4 mo you will have KGC anyway". He told me that according to him, the takeover probably will not be accomplished.

So any comments? I see you do not like the price of the takeover, which is OK, but I can not find any official news/notices about this.
