The conundrum to me is if K gets somewhere between 55% & 85% & you become a minority shareholder of ARU completely at the whim of K. Can you live with this?
Without a doubt this is a problem....usually at the end Kinross will ofter to take out all the remaining shareholders for the last executed tender price....that's when you give them your shares ( if you don't want to be a minority stockholder)...that's when they get mine...not one day sooner... IMHO you are dead at that point with no hope...we still have hope now....
