ok but does this mean we have abandoned the notion that this was all a ploy or a gamble to put us in play now?

how about if this is step 1 to put us in play and in fact another offer is either on the table (not made public yet) or about to be presented to ARU?

If ARU is in collusion with Kinross on this deal I think it will come out...they have all the legal suits on their sides so let it fall where it falls...if they have done nothing wrong all will be ok
