Seems to me if The NEW Ecudorian government felt a stain was to appear on it's first foriegn investment transaction in the New Mining ERA it would frown on that prospect. Would SOTO be an ally here?

I just got through scanning a baker's dozen Ecuadorean papers for news on the pending takeover, and not a peep out of one of them. Kind of strange. You'd think someone would writing about a transnational mining company acquiring the biggest gold find in national history, no? Admittedly they're all caught up in the constitution right now, but there's still plenty of business stories of lesser importance getting press. Why no mention of us? Are we invisible or something?
