I think Otto's article is good start. In addition I would focus on the following items.

1. The 15 million share private placement.

2. Put some real focus on the stink bid itself. Before the mining mandate Ecuador had no credible mining law and the analyst estimates were 20-30 and above for FDN alone!! Now we are close to a very respectable mining law and we trade at 6.

3. Management has not acted in shareholder interests by selling us out just before the mining law comes out and the miners are sent back.

4. The retails lobbyed hard hard for Aurelian after April 18th and we were told we made a big difference with access to the Ecuador government. this is how we're repaid.

5. Aurelian is the largest high grade find in 20 years and management is trying to give it away.

6. I would include a copy of the Corriente Press from yesterday...really shows who Shannon is acting in the best interest of shareholders in contrast to out CEO and management.

7. Mention the OSC investigation.
