i can still give patrick and the board the benefit of the doubt that perhaps this is all part of the plan, and they are playing it close to the vest. but patrick asked for our help when the government imposed the mining mandate, and we helped. now it appears he done us wrong, so he's on the hot seat now. fair is fair.

It sure looks like the deal was structured by ARU management and Kinross to "ASSIST" Kinross in a successful buy-out....if this is so then it is illegal IMHO and is what I have based all of my whining on.

If Patrick actually made this deal without the Kinross assistance expecting that another offer will "of course" be coming then Kudos to him for his foresight if that happens......if it doesn't happen then he made a bad deal and Kinross takes the cake....
