Marcus....I am not an attorney but that sure looks like collusion to me to give Kinross an unfair advantage at the expense of all stockholders..... if they did it at the $ 8.20 Cents then I would say it would be OK....hey maybe the OSC will make KINROSS pay the same price for the private placement as their offer ?

Wishful thinking......why? Because Kinross knew that that would not help their chances of the offer going through.....and it would have cost them $ 3.45 X 15 million shares OR $ 51,750,000 MORE....

Maybe I would have tendered if they did that....maybe I will file another complaint with the OSC suggesting that they make Kinross pay the same for the Private Placement as they did for the offer ??
