In the Offer to Purchase doc. at top of page 58 it states

"During the 12-month period preceding the date of the Offer, no securities of Aurelian have been traded by (a) the Offeror, (b) any director or senior officer of the Offeror, ..........."

Presumably, K. Barron is the only one who would need to cover a very large short position. It's also possibly a currency play offset by a corresponding long position by a large Cdn. holder.
