I have tried numerous times to post Otto's Comment he made today but failed miserably both with and without his Chart.

I wonder why this one article wasn't in acceptable format to Post on the Board whereas others have been acceptable. I've advised Agoracom. Perhaps they'll be able to shed some light on this problem.

Likely everyone reads Otto's Column anyway and I'm just taking up space and the Readers' time by Posting his ARU's comments.
