Marla and I had a conversation some time prior to the offer
(perhaps a week or weeks before)
I believe the stock was moving up on a lot of volume and I asked if someone was accumulating
She said yes, they knew of one company accumulating but couldn't say who
In hindsight, as someone posted last night, Kinross hasn't bought any shares prior to the PP/offer
