Dr Barron certainly did not "quit" the BOD but left before the stench from the back room deal was unravelled. It now looks well planned and good on you Dr Barron for not participating and doing the "honourable" thing. I did get that feeling when I looked into your eyes at the AGM and it was sincere as is now proven.

Now we can see why Dr B left - to avoid the contamination and liablities from being a Director of this Canadian company.
