All shareholders large and small, institutional and retail, must band together to turf the corrupt BOD and president. Then and only then will shareholder interest be looked after as it should be.
This deal reeks of insider bullshit, looking after number 1. We have a lot more influence and power as we have shown in the last couple of weeks.
